ABBE HI Diploma Exam Demonstrator

  The purpose of the Demonstration Exam is:

• To help familiarise you with the exam software navigation
  -          how to proceed through the three sections; how to go back to questions left unanswered or to review; how to look at photographs or diagrams connected to questions

• To provide you with examples of typical questions and how they are presented under the main topics covered in the exam:
  -          Residential building construction; HI scope and Condition Ratings; the legal issues relating to the Home inspector and the Home Condition Report; services; RdSAP; BCIS building cost reinstatement; health & safety

• To enable you to judge the timing of the exam

-          use the demonstration to judge your pace against the clock

  Please note that this demo will not:

-          Provide you with feedback on your answers

-          Provide you with a result
